Training Associate

Movement Labs and Contest Every Race are hiring! We’re building a distributed program of volunteer captains across hundreds of battleground and rural counties nationwide. Each captain will engage with a small universe of voters in their community and make repeated contact to their list ahead of the 2026 election.

We are currently looking for Training Associates that will independently lead virtual captain trainings between now and Election Day, ensuring volunteers leave feeling confident, prepared, and excited to organize their communities.

• Part-time, temp, remote position
• $23/hour with accrued paid sick time; 10-20 hours/week
• Start date is ASAP and the end date is November 15, 2026
• Application process includes an application form, an exercise, and one interview

We’re prioritizing strong facilitators over traditional campaign résumés. Prior campaign experience is welcome but not required. We’re especially interested in candidates who are charismatic presenters, strong trainers, comfortable adapting on the fly, and available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Experience working or organizing in rural communities is a plus
