Strategy (August)

This session will delve deeper into Midwest Academy’s widely used strategy chart. We will discuss tips for developing strategic thinking, self-assess strengths and identify areas of growth. We will also discuss how to complete a strategy chart, how to utilize the strategy chart as a basis for developing workplans, and for campaign debriefs & evaluation. This session is a combination of presentation, small and large group discussions. We invite participants to submit their strategy charts for further discussion and development prior to the session.
