Supervising Cohorts: Communities of Practice

These regular meetings are designed for supervisors who have joined us in our Supervising Organizers training. Academy trainers will work closely with the participants to utilize the core concepts from Midwest Academy training—the Organizer Triangle, the Roles of the Organizer and Supervisor—to provide a structure for each session.  This is also an opportunity to workshop challenges and bounce new ideas off of like-minded supervisors.

Meetings will be developed and facilitated by both Academy staff and participants. New cohorts form approximately twice each year, with the total scheduled time commitment being two hours/month, for a total of 10 meetings.
